APPLICATION AND PROPERTIESANTISTATICO A 1027 F/E is a new antistatic agent, especially developed for the treatment of wool, polyester, polypropylene, polyamide, acrylic etc.
Synthetic fibres have a low humidity absorption power, therefore the electrostatic charge formation is very high. ANTISTATICO A 1027 F/E has been studied just to avoid this problem.
The main properties of ANTISTATICO A 1027 F/E are:
it does not contain oils or fats
it's easily scourable by simple rinsing
it has got a very high antistatic power
it avoids rolls formation on the cylinders
it leads to very well parallelized fibres
it gives regular slivers
MODE OF USEEMULSION PREPARATION:Slowly pour into water the weighted amount of ANTISTATICO A 1027 F/E.Gently stirring until an homogeneous emulsion is obtained.
We suggest spraying a 20 % water emulsion of ANTISTATICO A 1027 F/E on the sliver in order to obtain 0.4 - 1 % o.w.g..
ANTISTATICO A 1027 F/E is generally used in mixture with fiber lubricants such as MONOL, EUFILAN, POLIFIL etc, for instance:
FIBER LUBRICANT: 15 %
ANTISTATICO A 1027 F/E: 10 %
WATER: 75 %
Spray as follows:WORSTED SYSTEMFine wools: 3%Medium/coarse wools: 5%
WOOLLEN SYSTEMFine wools: 14-16%Medium/coarse wools: 16-18%
STORAGEANTISTATICO A 1027 F/E can freeze at temperature below 0°C.
PACKINGANTISTATICO A 1027 F/E is shipped into 200 kgs drums, containers or bulk.
